The competition is open to anyone and challenges designers to create ‘wearable art’ by recycling and reusing materials that would normally be viewed as waste.

For one night only a year, fashion art and waste are combined as one.

Presented to Hamilton and beyond in a theatrical manner, with tribal dance and light with local musical talent and dancers being showcased on stage.

ReStyle is more than a fashion show, more than an arts exhibition, and more than an awards night. It is a Project Runway meets World of Wearable Arts, culminating into an extravaganza that weaves perceptions of fashion and art together, and transforms them into a montage of theatre, colour, movement and art, while being delivered through an environmentally friendly show.
